May is Mental Health Awareness Month

In November 2020, the CDC reported that 44 percent of us were dealing with either depression or anxiety. While 1 in 4 people will experience a mental illness during their lifetime, everyone faces challenges in life that can impact their mental health.

Ultimately, during this month of May, The Whiteside Group wants to remind everyone that mental illnesses are real, and recovery is possible. By developing your own #Tools2Thrive, it is possible to find balance between life’s ups and downs and continue to cope with the challenges brought on by the pandemic. Let’s break the silence and remove the stigma. We can rebuild life after trauma.
